Wesbie Lauvince is a film producer, creative executive, marketing strategist, whose career is rooted in a passion for storytelling, culture, fashion, and the advancement of Caribbean voices.
Born and raised in Haiti, Wesbie immigrated to the United States as a teenager, carrying with her the culture, resilience, and creativity of her homeland. She built a multifaceted career spanning film production, marketing, production management, styling, creative development, and entertainment strategy. Through Clearshot Film Studios, she has contributed to numerous film and media projects, including July 7: Who Killed the President of Haiti?, where she served as Associate Producer, Production Manager, and Wardrobe Supervisor.
Beyond production, Wesbie is a passionate advocate for Caribbean creatives. She serves as CFO and Head of Marketing for Caribbean Picture Releasing (CPR), helping build new opportunities for Caribbean films and filmmakers to reach wider audiences.
At the heart of Wesbie’s journey is a simple but powerful mission: to help Caribbean creatives not only tell their stories, but build the infrastructure to own, distribute, and shape how those stories are presented to the world.
